I hate posts that say "Lose Ten Pounds in Ten Days". It's stupid. It's not addressing the long term problem of needing to looking at the whole picture of nutrition and exercise and well-being. To think that you can lose weight just by drinking water is just dumb.
But. Anyone that knows me knows I am always harping on hydration, and how important it is to our overall health.
So read this article, and concentrate on the table of how much water to drink.
And then do it.
