Staying "in the box": (i.e., trying to stay organized in my life)
Only worked half a shift last night, sleep disturbed and with lots of waking/sleeping periods. A nap is in order before work tonight.
Today is Thursday, so it is a PERSONAL DAY. That means any health/beauty issues are addressed today. Manicure, pedicure, shaving my legs kinds of things. Listening to beautiful music and enjoying the beautiful day. Eating clean foods. Taking a nice long soaking bath.
So today here is what is on the list:
From Good Things to Do Every Day: drink tea, drink copious amounts of water, eat healthy, corework, ride bike, walk dog, knit(on various projects--mittens, fingerless mittens, Baby Surprise Jacket), sew(hem Grandbuddy's blanket), meditate.
Weekly cleaning: baths
Zone Cleaning: 15-30 minutes of cleaning in the entrance, dining, office and coat closet.
