Forgot to post.
Here's what was on the cards for Friday.
GOOD THINGS TO DO EVERY DAY: drink tea instead of soda, drink copious amounts of filtered water, eat healthy, knit, read. (list is short because I slept most of the day, since I worked last night. I'd love to improve that!)
AM routine: even though I came home and slept, I still did my A.M. routine but did most of it when I woke up.
Weekly cleaning: catch up
Weekly craft: Clean out purse and car
Zone Cleaning: entrance, dining, office, coat closet
P.M. Routine: I hardly even did a bit of this, too tired from work to even think about it.
